I’ve long been a fan of Craigslist - the no frills, cheap, easy way to buy, sell, and give away stuff online! I’ve bought, sold, and given away tons of stuff on CL. This week was especially wonderful as I gave away several tons of broken concrete which we jackhammered out of our yard.
Rather than pay the extortionist rate of the local landfill mafia, whose recycling efforts are more marketing hype than actual effort, I decided to post on CL. We had two wonderful groups of people come to pick up the concrete for two very cool projects. Both projects will benefit humans and/or animals. Thanks Craigslist! To buy, sell, or give away, try it yourself: www.craigslist.com
